HOW TO RESERVE AS A MEMBER
1. Click on the Reserve tab
2. Sign in via the button at the top right corner of the page. Use the original email and password used when you created your Membership. If you do not use the exact info that matches your Membership, the discount will not be applied. If you have used these credentials and are still seeing an error, click on “Forgot Password.” This will prompt a password reset to be sent to your email address. Reset your password using the reset link, and log in again using the original email and new password.
Note: If this is the first time you are utilizing online registration as a Member, please click Register at the top of the page and fill out the form using the exact information you used to sign up for your Membership. If you are still experiencing an error, please get in touch with Guest Services to cross-reference your account information.
3. When signed in, you should see your email displayed where the Register and Sign-In buttons were located. This confirms that you are signed in as a Member and can proceed to make your Big John reservation. Select the date, timeslot, and number of Member Adult and Member Children tickets needed for your visit and enter those numbers in the appropriate field. Once you have confirmed the number of tickets for your visit, click on Update Cart.
4. With an updated cart, you will be redirected to the reservation confirmation page to review your order. You should see the Member discount applied to your tickets at this time (ticket price: $0.00). If you do not see the Member discount reflected, please check that you are signed in to your Member account. For instructions on how to sign in to your member account, see steps 2-4.
5. Please complete the Personal Information section after confirming the number of tickets is accurate. Once you have confirmed your order looks correct, click Check-Out.
6. Once you have checked out, you will confirm your tickets and receive an email confirmation with your e-tickets. You will use these to check in on the day of your reservation.
7. On the day of your visit, please have your membership card/ ID and your E-tickets ready upon arrival.
